When we say we are a small farm, we really mean it. We don't have a lot of cows. That's intentional. We want to intensely manage the health of our animals, the quality of grasses they eat, and the quality of meat they produce.

Our female cows are like members of the family - all have names, of course. There's Bessie, Flossie, Mabel, Ruby, Bealah, Pearl, and Clarabelle. The rest of our cows are steers, who are handsome fellas.
